The purpose of the work is to study the state of provision of financial resources of peasant and farm enterprises and to develop methodological recommendations for microcrediting agrarian business. Methods of research are general scientific empirical methods: the experiment, the analysis of microcredit as a component of the financial market and the financial condition of the recipients of microcredit, the balance method for determining the need and supply of credit resources, the method of questioning for the calculation of the needs of microcredits for peasants, an expert method for adapting the foreign experience of microcredit. Theoretical and practical results. The analysis of the general state of agrarian lending, separate programs of state support for preferential lending, provision of loans to farms. The directions which can be borrowed for Ukraine from foreign experience of microcrediting of agrarian business are determined. Measures on development of marketing and approximation of the assortment of microcredit and microfinance products to the needs of small business are substantiated; creation of separate specialized divisions for work with small entrepreneurs in the banking structure; provision of information assistance to small business entities to minimize microcredit risks; active participation of the state in the development of microcredit institutions. Novelty. The need for microcredits has been evaluated by taking into account the peculiarities of the formation of financial resources of agricultural producers on the basis of the balance of demand and supply of financial resources. The questionnaires for the study of the need for micro-credit (for legal entities and individuals-entrepreneurs of small agrarian business, banks and micro-credit institutions) have been developed. Based on the results of the study, the Methodological Recommendations on the Formation of a Micro-Lending System for Small-Scale Agrarian Entrepreneurship have been developed with the aim of expanding access to sources of financial resources, promoting development and competitiveness, as well as strengthening rural development. The effectiveness of the implementation of the developed Methodological Recommendations is to expand the theoretical and practical aspects of microfinance for small-scale agrarian entrepreneurship. The measures proposed in the study will increase the access of peasants and farms to the financial resources of the credit system, increase the financial balance of these farms by at least 15%, and the Methodical recommendations can be used in preparing normative acts on state support for the development of small agricultural entrepreneurship . Scope of application: agrarian sector, credit sphere (banks, micro-credit institutions, cooperative unions), state management, small agricultural business, farmers' and peasant farms.
