Research target: to determine the impact of specific human life and activity factors on the epidemic process intensity (in the model of acute respiratory viral infections among civil population and military personnel, viral infections managed by means of preventive vaccination) and to access the potential epidemic risk of their integral effect in various regions of the country. Research techniques: polysemantic, epidemiological, sanitary demographic, hematological, immunological and statistical. There was determined the clinical epidemiological specificity of acute respiratory viral infections across military personnel with the impact estimation of recruits' residence conditions at the incidence level. The epidemic situation of vaccine-managed infections (measles, rubella, epidemic, parotitis, poliomyelitis) was analyzed. The influence of planned specific prophylaxis on the incidence age pattern and the status of population specific immunity across Ukrainian provinces were determined. It was shown that the 7-year reduction of poliomyelitis vaccination extent resulted in the accumulation of nonimmune stratum across child population, rising the incidence of vaccine-associated paralytic poliomyelitis, the formation of vaccine-related polioviruses and the outbreak in 2015. There were analyzed disadvantages and consequences of catch-up immunization in response to poliomyelitis outbreak. It was shown that in the context of low vaccination coverage in 2009-2018 Ukraine is characterized by the upward trend of rubella incidence. Over the last 2 years there exists unprecedented measles epidemic, emerging in the setting of delayed epidemic process in the so-called interepidemic period. The latter was caused by the remarkable stratum of susceptible adults, remaining after 2006 epidemic period, which constantly increased on the account of nonvaccinated age-appropriate children. In the context of increased susceptible stratum the downward incidence trend of epidemic parotitis, which is still observed over the recent years, should not be regarded as the stable process. Instead, the epidemic rise of the given infection is expected in years to come. The most conclusive blood values associated with the determination of children's hypersensitiveness across diverse age groups to the constant impact of low-intensity essential and man-induced ionizing radiation were established. There was developed a technique with the implemented rating regional estimation based on the integrated index of the potential epidemic risk, which reflects provincial inequality as for the population living environment and its health status. The indices were calculated with the account of dynamic pattern for 17 factors to affect its status. Product Description popup.authors І.А.Тарасова І.Г.Маркович І.Л. Маричев В.І.
