It is determined that at the expense of creating an industrial park the following important economic goals are achieved: creation of new productions of goods with high added value; increase of export of products and its diversification; creating new jobs; technology transfer; increasing the technological level of industry. -Determine the economic potential of creating a technological park in the Odessa region. The aggregate data on the amounts to be received in the budget and the pension fund on the condition of attracting own funds and funds of investors, loans and others show that in 2018 the amount is 325 thousand UAH, in 2019 - 11500 thousand UAH, in 2020 - 19 thousand thousand .GN, in 2021 - 19700 thousand UAH, in 2022 - 19200 thousand UAH. -Propose organizational measures to improve the innovation infrastructure of the region, first of all, in the form of measures to stimulate the creation of innovative infrastructure. The implementation of these measures should contribute to creating favorable conditions for increasing the international competitiveness of the Odessa region, resulting in the creation in Odessa region of a full, multifunctional, effective national innovation system. -Propose the creation of a marine transport cluster as a factor in improving the transport infrastructure of the region. Marine cluster will withstand the onslaught of global competition in the Black Sea region and ensure the implementation of regional innovation development tasks.
