Peculiarities of the formation of models of philosophical and political science education within the limits of Western European national philosophical traditions of the USA, France, Germany, Great Britain, and Poland were analyzed. Much attention was given to the researching and specification of social and cultural preconditions and modern educational and scientific demands that apply to the national philosophical and political science and education.The main demands (besides the academic sphere) for the national philosophical and political science education and science are the ability to understand the meanings(Sense-making Skills), social intelligence, adaptive thinking, the ability to perform professional duties in a situation of dialogue of cultures, computational thinking, media literacy, interdisciplinarity, project thinking. It was proved that in addition to the academic sector, the request for specialists who have philosophical and political science education is available in the fields of journalism, publishing, politics and public administration, public relations, charity and social work, religious security, information security, religious and pastoral activities, management of artistic projects. It was analyzed and described the methodology of modernization of philosophical and political science education of Ukraine, which provides for the rejection of the dominance of academic programs aimed at training scientific and pedagogical and scientific personnel, orientation on consulting, expert-analytical, intercultural and interdisciplinary, innovative, project, and creative-literary activity. The e-learning system and integrated electronic library to it were developed and implemented into the educational process of specialists training in the fields of philosophy and political science.
