The classification of highly intelligent people's personal values, based on the requiremental approach, was developed. Axiogenesis of the highly intelligent person was defined as the process of formation and development of personal values that determine their typological features, reflecting specific character of extraordinary abilities development, social interaction means and personal value self-monitoring. The pilot comparative studies of the highly intelligent person's axiogenesis on certain age stages were carried out. The theoretical pattern of axiogenesis of the highly intelligent person in educational context was introduced, taking into consideration two following directions of development: 1 - age patterns of personal development, 2- abilities and self-monitoring development. The empirical examination programme was worked out and E-platform "Giftedness TEST ONLINE" is being developed.
