These data were obtained from the Cahn-Hillard model, which was modified to describe the corresponding processes in semiconductor solid solutions. Design development of equipment for the synthesis of semiconductor layers by the detonation deposition method is provided. Data on the conditions of their functioning and the results of experiments on the synthesis of layers of Pb0 and ZnO oxides are given. New experimental data on the conditions for the synthesis of IR laser epitaxy of A2B6 (ZnHgTe) semiconductor layers are provided. Results on the crystallographic and electro-optical properties of layers synthesized by this method are presented.
