Methods of diagnostics of plasma mixtures of arc discharges of atmospheric pressure between fusible electrodes have been developed. A model was developed and a technique for simulating the processes of charging and coagulation of nanoparticles in plasma was developed. The method of optimal choice of a source of cold, nonisothermal plasma working under atmospheric pressure - for biomedical applications is developed. Numerical simulation of the chemical gasification of liquid-phase carriers of chemical energy has been performed and experimental schemes of their plasma-catalytic gasification have been developed.
