KASHLYUK, ACUTE STENOSIS LARINGOTRAKHEIT, BACTERIA, VIRUSES Object of research: children of the early age, patients with pertussis; children from 1m. up to 3 years with acute stenosing laryngotracheitis. Purpose: the study of pathogenesis, clinical features of the course of acute infectious diseases of viral and bacterial genesis in children. Methods of research - general-clinical, immunological and instrumental studies, methods of statistical analysis of results. At present, the problem of morbidity of pertussis and acute stenosing laryngotracheitis in children of the first two years of life due to the high risk of unfavorable course of the disease and the considerable frequency of complications develops. In our research the actual scientific task - to increase the effectiveness of treatment of these diseases by pathogenetically substantiated supplements of existing therapy with preparations of recombinant interferons has been solved. Studies conducted show that the kidney in young children has its own peculiarities of the course and the most severe course. Determination of the level of specific Ig M and IgG concentrations in the pertussis toxin in the serum of patients with kidney disease in children and the level of secretory immunoglobulin A, which is one of the main factors of humoral immunity of mucous membranes. The revealed "risk factors", which significantly increase the likelihood of acute stenotic laryngotracheitis in acute respiratory viral infections. These were first detected in the patients of Lviv and the Lviv Oblast and the metapnevmovirus and proved their involvement in the development of GFRT. To predict the risk of complications of pertussis and re-acute stenotic laryngotracheitis in acute respiratory viral infections in children of the first two years of life, it is recommended that we use the logistic regression models we have developed, which introduce the results of some immunological parameters determined at the time of hospitalization. On the basis of the results of the performed researches, a fundamental new treatment scheme for the treatment of the pertussis and HDL with the use of recombinant ?-2b interferon preparations has been developed, which contributed to the normalization of the imbalance of proinflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines, the immunoregulatory index and the reliable growth of serum concentrations of endogenous interferon INF-?.
