Ovcharenko Institute of biocolloidal Chemistry NAS of Ukraine popup.description2 The report consists of 147 pages, containing 85 figures, 15 tables and 97 literary sources. The work is devoted to the creation of hybrid materials based on "clever" copolymer hydrogels and nano-sized fillers whose behavior and properties (strength, elasticity, pore size, permeability, sorption ability, diffusion parameters, etc.) can be controlled due to minor changes in their environment, which makes it possible the use of hybrid hydrogels as materials for medical and separation purposes. A synergistic combination of two types of structures should lead to a higher level of structural organization and completely new properties of the resulting biomaterials. As part of the work, hybrid materials based on N-isopropyl acrylamide and acrylic acid, covalently sewn with a bifunctional monomer - N, N'-methylenebisacrylamide, were synthesized. The range of properties of hybrid hydrogel matrices is expanded due to the developed methods of incorporation of nano fillers - noble metals, magnetite, carbon nanotubes and clay minerals. Hybrid hydrogel materials have been obtained with a spin-like improvement in performance (strength, elasticity, permeability, sorption rate and desorption, etc.). The physicochemical parameters of synthesized hybrid biomaterials on the basis of "reasonable" hydrogels, in particular their phase transitions when changing pH and temperature, magnetic susceptibility and sensitivity, electrical conductivity, sorption capacity, prolonged ability in relation to incorporated diffusants, size and nature of porous space, etc. are investigated. In the part of applied research on the basis of synthesized hybrid hydrogels, macromolecular hydrogel materials of medical and separation purposes have been developed, whose basic physicochemical properties are regulated within wide limits by changing external factors, especially temperature and pH. These are, first and foremost, transdermal therapeutic systems with targeted controlled release of a wide range of drugs (anti-inflammatory, bactericidal, anti-morbid, analgesic, etc.), high absorbent porous antiseptic and wound dressing, endoprostheses, separation membranes for the accumulation and separation of various objects, as well as sensors and sensors reacting to minor changes in their environment and can be used for the analytical determination of toxic compounds, environmental pollutants. As a result of the work, 27 scientific articles were published, of which 6 were in international editions, as well as 29 abstracts at national and international conferences. Three patents of Ukraine were received. Product Description popup.authors Горда Р.В. Керносенко Л.О. Крикля С.О Легенчук О.В. Осмоловська Л.М. Охритков Д.В. Пасмурцева Н.О. Платонова В.Г.
