The purpose of research is to develop regulate measures to the flow of heavy metals (HM) and trace elements (TE) in the "soil-plant" system , taking into account the biological features of plants and soil buffer for ensuring the quality of soil and crop production under the conditions of the eastern Steppe. Novelty - development of measures to regulate the flow of heavy metals and trace elements in the "soil-plant" system in accordance with the level of pollution and agro-chemical characteristics of the soil in the conditions of the technogenic loading of the eastern Steppe of Ukraine Research methods: field research (sampling of soils and plants, their sampling); laboratory research - chemical-analytical study of soil and plant samples; cameral research - processing of the results of analyzes using specialized computer programs based on the standard software packages Statgraf, Exsel 2007. Results - it is systematized of technological approaches to optimization of obtaining methods environmentally friendly crop production depending on the level of technogenic loading and in accordance with the agrochemical state of the soil. Efficiency - by optimizing crop nutrition decrease in Pb and Cd in plant products by 11-30%, increase crop yields by 15%, cost reduction cultivation of winter wheat to 25% when obtaining a general (conditionally clean) profit of up to 800 UAH / ha, the recoupment of fertilizer use 7 UAH /ha.
