The purpose is to develop ways to strengthen the trophic and protective functions of soil's biological systems to maintain fertility for organic farming. Methods of research - field experiment, laboratory research, mathematical methods. The theoretical and practical results: the effect of the complex application of microbial preparations optimizing the mineral nutrition of plants and microbial preparations of fungicidal action on cultivation of corn and buckwheat, microbial and herbal preparations of insecticidal action and liquid humic organic fertilizer for cultivating corn on the structure and functioning of microbial coenoses, biological activity of soils in the root zone of plants and plant crop in the conditions of organic production was established. According to the results of the research work, an information block for inclusion in the database "Biological Properties of Soils of Ukraine" was created; the recommendations "Application of Biopesticides in Organic Agriculture" was made. Novelty: effective methods of combined use of biologics of different orientations have been developed. The results of the research have been tested in the State Enterprise "Experimental farm "Grakivske" NSC ISSAR". Field of use: agriculture.
