The purpose of research-on the basis of the developed scientific and organizational approaches and market-oriented tools to carry out a comprehensive scientific and production expertise of innovative developments of domestic agricultural science and provide consulting support for their transfer to the agro-industrial complex in the North-Eastern Steppe. Normative and methodological materials for testing, experimental production and consulting support for the transfer of innovative technologies, their elements and high-tech products in the agro-industrial complex of the North-Eastern Steppe of Ukraine were developed. Nine completed scientific developments have been tested. According to the results of the pilot implementation, eight developments are recommended for development in farms and institutions of the region. The novelty - the adaptation of methods and technologies for creating, testing and implementing innovations in relation to specific regional economic conditions. Developed guidelines for the implementation of seasonal field works in the agricultural enterprises of the Lugansk region. The introduction of the recommended innovations will reduce erosion in agricultural landscapes, increase the productivity of land by 7-14%, increase the yield of sunflower seeds by 0.3-0.6 t/ha, winter wheat grain by 0.5-0.7 t/ha, reduction of material and technical resources by 10-15%.
