The purpose of the work is to clarify the scientific and methodological principles of the compilation of a soybean fertilizer system to ensure the growth of the yield of this crop in the left-bank part of the forest-steppe of Ukraine. Methods of research - field, laboratory-analytical, computational and mathematical statistics. Theoretical results - new knowledge on the interaction of soil microcenosis, solid phase of soil and plants on the example of symbiotic nitrogen fixation under the soy, which is aimed at improving balance calculations and ensuring stable regional economic development, is obtained. Practical results - improvement of balance calculations of nutrients in agriculture on the basis of the specified separate items of receipt and removal, adjustment of the rules for the introduction of mineral fertilizers under soy for the updated indices of withdrawal and volumes of symbiotic nitrogen fixation. In particular, it has been established that in the soybeans of domestic breeding varieties total nitrogen content is 6.14%, total phosphorus - 1.23% and total potassium - 2.15%, in the leafy part - 1.62% nitrogen, 0.56% phosphorus and 8.24% potassium. It has been determined that on the chernozem, the "net" nitrogen fixation typical for cultivating soya is 74 kg N / ha, which consists of 40 kg / ha of mineral nitrogen and 34 kg N / ha entering the soil with vegetative mass. Novelty - the indices of removal of nutrients as the main products of soybean and the corresponding amount of vegetative mass were updated, the volumes of symbiotic nitrogen fixation under soybean. Efficiency of implementation - savings of 15-20% of nitrogen fertilizers due to the additional income of biologically fixed nitrogen for cultivating soya and 15-20% nitrogen fertilizers due to its aftereffects in the use of soy as a precursor for other crops.
