The object of the study is the process of managing the financial resources of banking institutions, managing the development of insurance services and managing the economic safety of the company as a subject of the financial market.The subject of the study is theoretical and methodological basis of management of financial resources of banks, development of insurance services and economic safety of the enterprise. A system of general scientific and special research methods was used to achieve this goal: logical generalization, analysis of comparison and synthesis (to determine the essence, content, evolution of theoretical approaches to the management of the development of the financial services market), methods of economic and mathematical statistics (for processing and analysis of initial data , identification of trends and patterns in the behavior of the investigated indicators, justification of the probability of the results obtained),graphic method (for visual display of research results). The information base of the research was international standards, legislative and normative documents of Ukraine, researches of foreign and domestic scientists and practitioners, materials of scientific and practical conferences, monographs, as well as information materials of the Internet.In the first part of the research, the theoretical approaches to the management of financial resources of banking institutions were analyzed and further developed, the analysis of own capital and liabilities of banks as subjects of the financial market, the main aspects of management of financial resources of banking institutions were investigated, optimization modeling was proposed. rational structure of financial resources of the bank.
