The possibility of monitoring this process by means of the non-destructive testing is shown on the basis of analysis of the parameters of signals of the acoustic emission: the amplitudes of signals, their number and forms. The regularities of the change of the energy parameter of AE at the early stages of material destruction during the cyclic loading is established. It is shown that its value grows at the order in the process of accumulation of microplastic deformations and the origin of the microcracks system until the formation of the initial macrocrack in the fragile alloy В95пчАТ1 and in the plastic alloy Д16пчАТ, which makes it possible to identify the type and the stage of destruction.
