The conceptual principles of the state influence on the formation of the freight transport market and the development of intermodal and multimodal transport, the economic basis of which are the English and French models of the transport complex functioning, are expedient to be used in accordance with the objectives of the transport policy of the country and realize at a certain stage its economic status.
