Towards the direction "Institutional factors of the market environment development": First time: - methodical approach to formation of a system for the development and effective use of the innovative potential of technological entrepreneurship is developed, while the system is comprised of four constituents: (organisational principles for determining the technological development priorities of the country in the long term; communication system for organisations engaged in research and development, among themselves and with other social, business, and state institutions, development of promising forms of cooperation between science and entrepreneurship; introduction of the concept of networking, as a mechanism for implementing the state policy for the development of markets for innovative products based on the use of the potential of technological entrepreneurship; organisational principles for a selection of priority markets for innovative products, based on coordination of the interests of society, the state, the scientific community and the business sector); - it is proved that the factors obstructing technological development of the domestic economy can be divided into three groups: organisational (insufficiency and inefficiency of research and innovation development incentives, inefficiency of the working mechanisms of public-private partnership in the field of innovation development); financial (imperfect system imperfect system for financing of scientific and technological development, in particular the extremely low participation of foreign business entities in it); economic (underdevelopment of the domestic internal market, low level of competitiveness of domestic production, deep structural imbalances, where city-forming enterprises ceased their activities, which has led to mass labor migration of economically active population to other countries); - a methodological approach is developed for definition of the main groups of innovative products for the following classification criteria: type of innovation, direction of innovation, source of funding, direction of innovation, the scope of direction, effectiveness, - the criterion that allow acceleration of a process of determining of the level of innovative products depending on a novelty to the effectiveness of their implementation. Improved: - methodical approach to the selection of priority markets for innovative products of entrepreneurial organisaations, which stipulates that: 1) the priority is given to the markets that allow to meet needs of the population (that is, the priority is to stimulate demand for innovative products) and 2) new markets should be based on the network principle and appropriate selection criteria; - the concept of "market innovation products", which, unlike others, is understood as a system of organisational and economic relations between technology entrepreneurs creating innovative products based on new ideas and consumers of these products. Received the further development: - organisational measures for development and effective use of the innovative potential of technological entrepreneurship, based on a formation of a long-term Program of public-private partnership for the development of production of innovative products as a broad coalition of expert working groups consisting of technology entrepreneurs, leading universities and research centers, large enterprises, development institutions, expert and professional communities; - conceptual and categorical apparatus in terms of the presentation of the definition of such concepts as: "All-Ukrainian classifier of innovative products" (as a systematic list of classification groups, names and codes of types of innovative products, based on the most characteristic features of innovative goods market) (hereinafter - OUCIP), "Classification feature innovative products" (as a quality or property of the object, for which the classification is carried out), "Innovative products" (as new products or technologies created by technology entrepreneurs based on new ideas in order to meet requirements of consumers of these products); - a methodical approach to the study of the impact of economic crises on the development of the market for innovative goods of Ukraine based on the verification of the hypothesis about the relationship of structural deformations of the industrial complex, technological structures and export structure of domestic industrial products.
