The purpose of the research work is to improve the educational activities of the higher military educational institutions of Ukraine on the basis of the development and implementation of innovative pedagogical technologies and methods adapted to the current experience of training military experts in the leading NATO member states into the practice of the higher military school. The system approach and general scientific methods of research are used in this work, namely: qualitative description, observation, abstraction, idealization, formalization, comparison (SWOT-analysis). The report provides: results of the analytical review of the torical-methodological principles for the development and use in pedagogy practice of military educational institutions of leading NATO member countries of innovative pedagogical technologies and techniques; directions and ways of adaptation of innovative pedagogical technologies and techniques used in the preparation of military specialists in military educational institutions of leading NATO member states, to the peculiarities of the educational process for the training of military specialists in the higher military educational institutions of Ukraine; a model of innovative pedagogical technologies and techniques for ensuring the quality of training of military specialists in the higher military educational institutions of Ukraine's Defense Forces, compatible with the main approaches to the organization of educational activities in the educational institutions of the leading member states of NATO; organizational and methodological principles for implementation of educational activities of the Secondary Education High School, National Institutes of Defense of Ukraine, innovative pedagogical technologies and methods compatible with the peculiarities of the training of military specialists in universities of leading NATO member countries (project). Main results: theoretical model of innovative pedagogical technologies for ensuring the quality of training of military specialists in the higher military educational institutions of Ukraine, adapted to the standards of educational activities of the leading NATO member states; Qualimetric model of competency of the applicant for military education and rehabilitation on its implementation in the educational process; organizational and methodical principles of introduction of innovative pedagogical technologies and methods in the educational activity of the higher military educational institutions of Ukraine.
