The methodology of management of economic processes in society and business environment in conditions of social and economic institutions dysfunctions is proposed. Models of effective management of economic processes are developed; the theoretical and methodological bases of coordination of interests of society and business have been improved. The economic efficiency of market self-organization as an external environment of the functioning of enterprises is determined. The features of economic processes in the social plane are investigated. The methods of aligning the differentiation of the socio-economic potential of the regions of Ukraine aimed at their balanced development, social stabilization and harmonization of society are developed. The motivational model of increase of labor activity of participants of economic processes is offered. The necessity of information provision of the mechanism of management of economic processes in society and business environment in conditions of dysfunctions of social and economic institutions is substantiated. The method of territorial self-organization on the basis of clusterization is developed, application of which will allow to increase efficiency of the region-forming business.
