A theoretical model of the formation of nanostructures on the surface of solids under the action of femtosecond laser pulses was developed. Numerical calculations of wave transformations in active and nonlinear metamaterials, including graphene ones, are carried out. A model of nonlinear wave and vortex structures in the F-region of the ionosphere is developed. The conditions for the effective penetration of the electromagnetic field into the ionosphere during seismic activity manifestations are determined. The regularities of the dynamics of the stratosphere, troposphere and tropopause under the influence of planetary waves are determined and estimates of long-term trends in atmospheric parameters are obtained. The results of the comparison of ground-based and satellite measurements of atmospheric characteristics were generalized. Recommendations are given for the application of the identified relationships, relationships and trends in the dynamics of atmospheric parameters in solving problems of mathematical modeling and prediction of climate change.
