Objective: Determination of the nature and identification of sources of ultrahigh energy cosmic rays; investigation of the relation between strong magnetic fields in astrophysical objects with the processes of generation of cosmic rays, analysis of their propagation from a source to the observer, incl. effects of the atmospheric processes; obtaining new knowledge about the distribution of dark matter; testing of existing models of active galactic nuclei and the search for signals of the dynamic dark energy in compact astrophysical objects. Methods of research: methods of theoretical physics and astrophysics, mathematical statistics and regression analysis, other methods of observation processing, numerical simulations. We worked out new models for the generation of cosmic rays in extragalactic and galactic sources and propagation processes taking into account magnetic fields on the way to the observer and interaction with background radiation. The atmospheric processes of invading a high energy cosmic rays into have been studied. The relativistic equations of relativistic cosmology for various forms of hydrodynamic and scalar-field models are investigated and the connections of these models are analyzed. For the spherically-symmetric configurations with the scalar-field dark energy, the distributions of the test-body circular orbits are determined. On the basis of the RFGC catalog, samples of disk ultra-flat galaxies (UFG) were compiled and their morphological types were determined. For the first time, the baryonic Tulli-Fisher correlation for UFG has been built. Estimates of orbital masses of UFG were obtained, which are used to study the structure of dark matter halo. For a sample of more than 10 thousand compact galaxies with active star formation, the luminosity, velocity of star formation and the fraction of thermal radiation in radiocontinuum are determined. The analysis of peculiar X-ray spectra for sample of AGNs from SWIFT / BAT and RXTE catalogs was carried out. Microlensed profiles of relativistic spectral lines, which are formed in AGNs are modeled. New observations of solar magnetic fields in the active regions on the Sun were fulfilled and datasets on solar proton events was formed and analyzed.
