Methods of research - clinical, biochemical, statistical. The harmlessness of a complex probiotic nanorodetolobulin preparation (PNMHP) has been proved. It has been established that the use of PNMHP causes an increase in hemoglobin and a slight activation of erythropoiesis in calves, an increase in the level of natural resistance of newborn calves, as evidenced by an increase in expression of an average of 17-25% of its markers, such as globulins, circulating immune complexes and nitrogen metabolites, as well as suppression of synthesis of serum cords by 16,9%. The signs of antistress activity of the developed preparation on the body of calves in the early postnatal period were revealed. The revealed positive effect of PNMHP on the state of natural resistance can be regarded as one of the factors increasing the average daily weight gain of calves by 32.2% in the first 35 days of life. It was established that the definition of PNMHP causes an increase in the colonization of calves intestine by lactam and bifidobacteria and a decrease in the number of opportunistic microflora. Information and analytical information on the effectiveness of the use of probiotic-nano-RTD medication for improving the immunoreactivity of calves has been prepared.
