3. The object of the study is the safety and immunogenicity of experimental samples of culture polyvalent vaccine against Marek's disease. The purpose of the work is to develop a technology for the manufacture of a cultural polyvalent vaccine against Marek's disease. Research methods - virological, morphological, immunological, biotechnological, biological. The data are presented, according to the results of the experiments on chickens, the harmlessness of the experimental sample of the polyvalent culture vaccine against HM in a tenfold shaving dose and immunogenicity of 98-100% in experimental conditions and 98.5% in clinical trials were established. A patent was received for a utility model of Ukraine No. 116658 "An atenuated strain of the Marek's disease virus of the first serotype 4/11, as an integral component of the Marek's multivalent culture vaccine against Marek's disease" ; polyvalent culture vaccine against Marek's disease from strains (SBG, FC-126, 4/11). The vaccine is polyvalent, cultural against HM, which increases the protection of the animal head in the dysfunctional HM farms.
