The basis of design requirements for technology optimization of microbiological preparations manufacturing was developed. Technical solutions for energy efficient apparatus were worked out and outline design drawings were created. Four test devices have been made and functional tests of them were carried out. Energy efficiency evaluation method for technological processes was worked out for the efficiency of energy usage detection for biological preparation production. Three methods of technological processes energy efficiency increasing were developed and verified experimentally. Energy efficiency increasing guidelines for microbial manufacturing plant's technological processes and equipment was created on the research results base.
