The purpose of the work is to investigate the pharmacokinetics of melanin, the mechanisms of its dermatotropic action and the development of micellar delivery systems of melanin in the body. The following methods were used to perform the work: pathophysiological, physiological, biochemical, microbiological, and molecular. The obtained data reveal new mechanisms of dermatotropic action of melanin on the cutting of planar and purulent-necrotic wounds of the skin and for the first time prove its cytoprotective effect in burning of the esophagus.
