The state of the use of anthropometric dosimetric phantoms in the world for improving the quality of radiotherapy in oncology is considered and the main causes and limitations for creating a wide network of control and improving the quality of radiation therapy in oncology at the state and interstate levels on the basis of anthropometric dosimetric phantoms are highlighted, the method of solving this problem is proposed. problems, provided with recommendations on the physical, technical and organizational and economic basis for the construction of an all-Ukrainian program of raising as those of radiotherapy in oncology, by creating effective dosimetry phantom for each cancer center; the choice of dosimetric detectors for phantoms at the present stage of technology development.
