Mechanisms of structural influence on the physical and mechanical characteristics of these systems. The purpose of the work is the development of new scientifically grounded methods for obtaining and manufacturing of high-speed shock loading of layered nanocomposite systems based on ceramics, metals and polymers, with advanced characteristics that are not inferior to the world's analogs. Methods of research - X-ray diffraction, optical and electron microscopy, determination of physical and mechanical characteristics. An analysis of the physical dependences of formation of the structure of NCM from iron and copper reinforced by (0.5; 1.0; 2.0) vol.% of MWCNT was performed. The ratio of components was optimized and it was determined that the formation of the martensitic phase alpha(Fe, Cu, C) for composition of Fe-Cu (4: 1) + 1 vol.% MWCNT of NCM provides to obtain specimens with a tensile strength of 1.8 GPa, which exceeds the strength of the alloy of the same composition with NCM in 3 times.
