The highly sensitive and selective methods of voltammetric determination of local anesthetics - lidocaine, trimecain, mepivacaine, novocaine, biologically active substances with the antiulcer (famotidine, ranitidine), antitumor and antimicrobial action in medicines, as well as Y, Rh, Dy, Ho, Yb, Ir, Pt and Pd in water solutions were elaborated. New spectrophotometric methods for determination of Os, Ru, rutin, Pd, Pt, oxytetracycline, Rh, biologically active substances with the antiulcer (famotidine, ranitidine), antitumor and antimicrobial action were proposed. Selective methods of Ce and Nd sorption-luminescence determination basing on Transcarpathian clinoptilolite were developed. The inhibitory properties of Ag(Zn, Cu)-clinoptilolite composite samples regarding the life of cancer cells and as a antimicrobial means were investigated. The working prototype of potentiostat for measuring voltammograms and carrying out analyses via voltammetric method with rapid potential scan was designed. The possibility of application of Transcarpathian zeolites and their composites as filters for water purification from toxic substances and pathogenic microorganisms, and also for exclusion of Ga, Nd, Ag and Sc from technological solutions was studied.
