Fluurenizide at concentrations of 0.01; 0.05; 0.15 and 1 mM leads to an increase in the content of TBА-positive products. The development stage of the development of germs of 16 blastomeric mucus is susceptible to flurenizide, whereas stage 256 blastomeres are least susceptible. Fluinizide affects the structure of mitochondria and the endoplasmic net, leading to an increase in the number of lysosomes in the embryos of the liver; the severity of the changes is dose-dependent. It was found that hypodermic administration of histamine in rats causes reduction of lumen of alveoli, increase of thickness of interalveolar partitions, spasmation of bronchioles, decrease of the area of the renal corpuscles, vascular glomeruli, decrease of the lumen of the proximal and distal convoluted tubules in the cortical kidney and perivascular edema around the vessels, swelling of the mitochondria, vacuolization of the endoplasmic nets, increase in the number of peroxisomes and lysosomes. Pouring sodium hypochlorite into animals causes dystrophic changes, enlargement of the connective tissue of the lungs, increase in the area, as well as the larger and smaller axis of the vascular glomeruli in the kidneys.
