The purpose of the study is to determine the dynamics of the integrated assessment of the effective fertility of the soils of the arable lands of the Kharkiv region as a whole and in the context of the agro-ground regions, as the results of the tenth agrochemical monitoring cycle (1911-2015 years) and in general over the past 50 years (1996- 2015). To conduct ecological monitoring of the forests of the Kharkiv region in accordance with the international ForestBIOTA program for the study of forest biodiversity, to study the variety of objects of the nature reserve fund perspective for the territory of the oblast. Research methods. For a comprehensive assessment of the fertility level of arable land as an integral indicator of their effective fertility, the method of T. O. Grinchenko and O. Yegorshina (1984, 2008), which automates the determination of both the Consolidated Soil Quality Index (SOFA), and the probability of the density of distribution of the main indicators of soil quality of arable land and FAR with the use of the most powerful mathematical package MathCad, which allows to visualize the results of mathematical modeling. To study the biodiversity of plant objects, the methods commonly adopted in forestry and forest vegetation, phytoindication and phytopathological evaluation methods, and methods according to the ForestBIOTA program are used. Actuality of theme. The integrated assessment of soils includes two main directions - assessment of their functional state, ie, an assessment of the quality of soils, and an economic assessment of their value. The task of soil evaluation is synthesizing. A comprehensive assessment of the soil fertility evolution allows us to assess not only the degree of cultivated soil, but also to predict the direction of development of the cultural ground-forming process under the influence of various anthropogenic factors and, accordingly, to develop differentiated measures for the cultivation of soils, obtaining stable high yields of agricultural crops. Therefore, research in this area is definitely topical. Scientific novelty of the obtained results. 1. For the first time a comprehensive assessment of the effective fertility of the soils of the arable land of the Kharkiv region was carried out, based on the results of ten cycles of the ongoing agro-chemical monitoring of soils (1966-2015). The integrated evaluation of soil fertility in the 10th cycle of agro-chemical monitoring of soils (2011-2015) showed that there is a tendency in the Kharkiv region to reduce the level of the consolidated soil quality index (FFA) to 72.7 points per 100-point scale relative to the results of the 6th cycle of the survey (83.7 points). 2. It was established that the decrease of the integrated evaluation of soil fertility of arable land for the 10th cycle of their agro-chemical monitoring was the result, first of all, of a decrease in the weighted average level of soil saturation with mobile phosphorus: in general, the oblast decreased from 113.5 mg / kg (61, 6 ball) to 109.2 mg / kg (59.6 ball), and to the eastern transition forest-steppe region from 125.4 mg / kg (72.3 ball) to 83.3 mg / kg (35.3 bala). The average weighted estimate of soils' supply of mobile potassium in the whole region decreased from 86.6 points (129.9 mg / kg) to 59.6 balls (92.3 mg / kg). 3. It has been established that the content of mobile forms of phosphorus and exchangeable potassium in soils is directly dependent on the dosages of fertilizers applied. To stabilize the humus content in the soils of the Kharkiv region and maintain their high fertility, along with mineral fertilizers, organic fertilizers should be introduced at a rate of at least 8 t/ha. 4. A method of indicating and evaluating the toxic action of heavy metals on the agrochemical parameters of the soil and the patterns of manifestation of synergism and antagonism between individual metals is recommended, which is recommended to be used during the work on agrochemical certification of agricultural land. 5. The study of biodiversity of forests and the study of the multifactorial nature reserves of the protected areas (ZFF) of the prospective territories for the territory of the oblast allowed to optimize the network of these territories of the Kharkiv Region and analyze the rarity phytobiote of the small areas of the protected areas of the Kharkiv Region. 6. A method for obtaining media of combinations of mutant genes of the endosperm structure for use in practical selection of maize has been developed. With its application, a representative collection of lines was created - carriers of combinations of mutant genes of the corn endosperm structure. Practical value of the results. Patents for the utility model: 1. The method of bioremediation of soil and soil biota-plant system for contamination by heavy metals as a factor of chemical and biological degradation. Patent for utility model UA 100982 U dated 10.11.2015 (Samokhvalova V.L., Grinchenko T.O., Zhuravleva I.M.). 2. A method for increasing the content of water-soluble polysaccharides in corn grains. Patent for Utility Model No. 102596 dated 10.11.2015 (Timchuk DS, Timchuk SM, Potapenko GS, Muzhilko VV). 3. A method of genetic improvement of the quality of sugar corn seeds. A patent for utility model No. 102035 dated 10.12.2015 (Timchuk DS, Timchuk SM, Potapenko GS, Muzhilko VV,Timchuk VM). A complex assessment of the effective soil fertility of the forest-steppe region of Ukraine was carried out on the example of the Kharkiv region using the proposed method of calculating the aggregate index of their quality, which made it possible to evaluate not only the degree of soil cultivation, but also to foresee the direction of development of the cultural ground-forming process under the influence of various anthropogenic factors. Knowledge of private (partial) soil quality indicators, on the basis of which the index of cultivation (CAP) is formed, allow to develop differentiated means of increasing the soil fertility for obtaining stable stable crops. The results of the research work have been introduced into the educational process of the Kharkiv National Pedagogical University named after GS Skovoroda, Kharkov National Agrarian University named after V.V. Dokuchaev is recommended for implementation at the State Institute of Soil Conservation of Ukraine in developing agrochemical certification of agricultural land. The research results included in the "Development of the project of organization of the regional landscape park "Sokolniki-Pomerka"; used to optimize the network of protected areas of the Kharkiv region.
