Results obtained - the analysis of conditions of work of technological equipment for transportation, mixing and pressing of abrasive-containing masses is carried out. The effect of the combination of self-propagating high-temperature synthesis with electric arc cladding on the structure and wear resistance of the applied coatings is investigated. The microstructure of dispersed-strengthened wear-resistant coatings with optimum alloying system for work in conditions of intense abrasive influence was developed and investigated. The optimum technological parameters of making and drawing of developed wear-resistant coatings are determined. Tools and methods of investigation of abrasive wear-resistance of surfacing coatings have been developed. A new parameter of the form and a complex parameter of the abrasive ability of a particle are proposed. A methodology for their determination with using Fourier series for the reconstruction of contours of abrasive particles has been developed. According to the results of experimental investigation, the abrasive wear-resistance of the developed coatings considerably exceeds the wear-resistance of the coatings obtained by serial rod electrodes on the basis of high-chromium alloys, and is at the level of wear-resistance of the coatings obtained by serial electrodes based on tungsten carbides. The equipment has been designed and manufactured that provides high performance of the cladding process and provides the opportunity to make cladding of the developed coatings on flat and curved surfaces in the conditions of industrial enterprises. The technology of cladding of prefabricated multi-sectional combined screw conveyor press for the production of building ceramics has been developed. The technology of strengthening the puanson briquette press for the production of Biomass briquettes has been developed.
