The topology is developed and the printed circuit boards for non-destructive control device are produced. Casebox for the device is constructed and produced. The installation and partial tuning of the device for non-destructive control has been performed. The analysis of the estimators of the mean function of bi-periodically correlated random processes (BPCRP), in that mathematical models of vibration signals with double stochastic recurrence, estimated using of least squares method (LSM), was performed. It is proved that such estimators are asymptotically unbiased and consistent in the case then correlations is damping as time lag increases. It is shown that LSM allows one to avoid systematic errors of estimation concerned with aliasing. Vibration signal of electromotor bearing of coil conveyor is analyzed and the local defect of bearing inner race is detected.
