The aim of this work was to improve the treatment of dental patients using the method of direct implantation with immediate load by optimizing the processes of osteointegration through the use of xenogenic osteoplastic material containing sulfated glycosaminoglycans. The object of study: patients with defects of the dentition, restored with support implants. Subject of research: osteointegration of the dental implant in bone tissue using the method of direct implantation with immediate and delayed load and the use of xenogenic preparation containing sulfated glycosaminoglycans. Research methods. To achieve this goal, experimental, clinical, complementary and statistical methods were used in the work. 1. Morphological - analysis of the qualitative characteristics of the study of directed bone tissue regeneration at the light-optical level. 2. Densitometry - determination of quantitative parameters of bone tissue by computed tomography. 3. X-ray diffraction control of the restoration of the bone repair of the peri-implant zone with aproximal-medial defects. 4. Probing - the study of the level of attachment of the gingival site of the implant in the second stage of treatment. 5.
