The purpose of the research work is to develop diagnostic criteria and algorithm for determining the rehabilitation, optimization, and implementation of rehabilitation programs for patients with chronic cerebral ischemia and those who have suffered an ischemic stroke, from the standpoint of the functional approach to the study of immune and neuroendocrine systems, as well as the vascular homeostasis in regenerative treatment of these patients. Methods of research - clinical neurological, psychodiagnostic, instrumental, electron microscopy, neuroimaging (KT, MRI), biochemical (high-performance liquid chromatography, beta-blockers-based osmotic fragility of erythrocyte membranes), biophysical (EHF-dielectrometry , f = 39.5 GHz), mathematical statistics. The pathogenetic (decrease in activity) and sanogenetic (cellular, membrane-cellular) mechanisms of the course of cerebrovascular diseases of varying severity are specified in the work. Diagnostic and prognostic criteria of rehabilitation potential have been developed, rehabilitation and treatment measures for patients with chronic cerebral ischemia (dyscirculatory encephalopathy) and patients with ischemic stroke have been optimized. The evaluation of changes in the functional status of patients with acute and chronic ischemia during therapy was carried out by comparing catecholamines in erythrocytes and plasma, lipid peroxidation products, and changes in the permittivity of erythrocytes under in vitro influence of adrenaline before and after the course of treatment. The results of the research work can improve significantly the effecacy of treatment and further preventive measures, as well as monitor the effectiveness of drug and non-drug treatment and rehabilitation methods for the cohort of patients mentioned above.5481 Product Description popup.authors Архипова К.А.
