Aim - to establishment of general conformities to law of adsorption of surfactants is on PbO2 and MnO2. Research methods - spectrophotometry, photoelectronic spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, x-rayed diffraction. General conformities to law of processes of adsorption of surfactants were set on PbO2 and MnO2 in solutions of anything of composition, including at their compatible presence and at presence of components of solutions that is able to the chemosorption on oxides. The thermodynamics and kinetic parameters of adsorption of surfactants are set on PbO2 and MnO2. The educed cross-correlation parameters of foresight of selective adsorption of surfactants are on PbO2 and MnO2. The complex of new experimental data is got about influence of nature of electrolyte, modes of electrolysis, nature and concentration of surfactants on colloid-chemical properties of particles of dispersible phase, that appear in a near-electrode zone in the process of electrolysis. It is shown that conformities to law of adsorption and oxidation organic compounds on PbO2 and MnO2 it maybe to explain from the only point of view on the basis of orbital co-operations them maximum.
