The aim of the work is to establish new knowledge about thermodynamic and kinetic processes taking place in the synthesis of complex oxide catalysts. Research methods-x-ray phase analysis, thermogravimetry, differential thermal analysis, differential scanning calorimetry. Recommendations on optimal conditions for the synthesis of catalysts based on layered Nickel double hydroxides due to theoretical calculations of thermodynamic solubility diagrams taking into account the processes of formation of Nickel and Тitanium hydroxocomplexes have been developed and the corresponding experimental verification of the effectiveness of their joint deposition methods has been carried out. A single-stage synthesis of a molybdenum-containing Ni-Тi layered double hydroxide was studied. It is proved that the molybdenum-ion enters the interlayer space of the hydroxide in the form of hexamolybdate-ion. The possibility of promotion of iron-molybdenum oxide catalyst by additives of organic compounds of titanium was confirmed, which positively affects the selectivity of the catalyst. The proposed theory of development of catalysts based on a combination of acid and alkaline oxides. The theory allows to take into account the synergism of oxides and to determine the rational ways to improve the selectivity of the catalytic process.
