The subject of the research: the process of testing, experimental implementation and scientific support of the transfer of innovative technologies and products. The goal of the project is the development of scientific and organizational approaches and market-oriented tools, testing, experimental implementation and providing scientific support for the transfer of innovative technologies and products in the agro-industrial complex of the Ternopil region. Research methods: dialectical, monographic, system analysis, questioning, abstraction, abstract-logical. Theoretical developments of domestic and foreign scientists, laws of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, presidential decrees and other regulatory documents on innovative support of agro-industrial production serve as theoretical and methodological basis for the research. The studies were carried out in accordance with the generally accepted methods and methods used in international practice. Theoretical and practical results: the monitoring of a knowledge-intensive agrarian market was conducted and the expediency of practical verification of the results of scientific research was justified; the structure of the innovation process at all stages of its implementation has been studied; the patent component of the results of scientific research with the aim of protecting intellectual property rights on an innovative product has been explored; testing and experimental implementation of technologies and their elements, varieties and hybrids of crops, economic models in basic and other agro-formations of the Ternopil region; scientific and consulting support for the development of completed scientific developments with an innovative potential for obtaining high returns from the transfer of scientific and technical developments was carried out.
