The work purpose - justification of a possibility of the transfer of anthracitic and oil-gas package boilers of combined heat and power plants to combustion of mineral coal of the Ukrainian fields, assessment of the available resource base of domestic mineral coal; development of technical solutions and standard technical tasks for transfer of anthracitic and oil-gas package boilers of combined heat and power plant to combustion of mineral coal of the Ukrainian fields. Primal problems of work of the third stage of the contract: to develop technical specifications on mineral coal for combustion at combined heat and power plant with the developed technical solutions, considering conditions of combustion and removal of slag, decrease of potential of explosion at preparation of dust and level of harmful emissions; to develop standard requirement specifications for transfer of anthracitic and oil-gas coppers of combined heat and power plant to combustion of mineral coal, including measures for decrease of harmful emissions. In the report technical solutions for transfer of anthracitic and oil-gas coppers of combined heat and power plant to combustion of mineral coal with providing conditions of fire and explosion safety of dust systems are generalized. Are given in appendices: results of approbation of technical solutions at combined heat and power plant; typical Requirement specifications for transfer of anthracitic and oil-gas coppers of combined heat and power plant to combustion of mineral coal; Technical specifications on mineral coal for combustion at combined heat and power plant with the developed technical solutions.
