The first section of the manuscript is devoted to the presentation of the content and concept of the working hypothesis of the study. It analyzes the experience of introducing modern correction and rehabilitation technologies in the education of children and adolescents with special educational needs. The second section covers the issues of the effectiveness of the method of sensory integration in working with children with autism (problems of learning and behavior of children with autism, the implementation of a number of requirements for the use of the method, the transfer of therapeutic techniques in the daily life of the child). The third section is devoted to the development of methodological guidelines for the creation of a competent team at an institution where children with autistic spectrum disorders are trained to plan and successfully adapt the child to the educational environment. The fourth section specifies the components of the specialist training system for working with children with violations of the autistic spectrum: conceptual (theoretical-methodological), didactic-methodical, psychological, special (professional), managerial and diagnostic. The model of the specialist training system for working with children with violations of the autistic spectrum is presented and substantiated. It reflects or reproduces the existing or projected structures, composition, content and organization of training of a specialist, which ensures their implementation in the conditions of higher educational establishments.
