It is established that in the whole blood of patients with PC, in contrast to healthy men and patients with benign tumors of the prostate gland, N1,N12-diacetylspermine (N1,N12-aс-spn) is detected. The level of spermine in the blood of patients with PC is significantly lower in comparison with healthy men and patients with benign tumors. The level of spermidine and magnitude of the molar ratio of spermidine / spermine (spd /spn) increase with progression of the disease in the whole blood and in the erythrocyte fraction. It was found that the level of spermine in the urine of patients with PC was several times lower than in healthy men and patients with benign tumors. In was detected significant decrease activity of ribonuclease (RNAse) in the cytosol of erythrocytes in patients with PC). N1,N12-ac-spn is not detected in the blood of patients after surgical removal of the tumor, the level of spermine and activity of RNAses normalize. With recurrence of the disease, there is an increase in the level of N1,N12-ac-spn in the blood, a decrease in the levels of spermine in blood and urine, and a decrease in the activity of RNAses in cytosol of red blood cells. The application of the developed biomarker's panel could improve the quality of differential diagnosis of prostate tumors and predict the disease passing course, provide timely treatment for relapse of disease, which will facilitate individualization and increase the effectiveness of treatment and improve the quality of patient's life.
