The aim is to create the environmentally-friendly technology of the layer-wise soil excavation and to design the continuously operating specialized earth-moving machine which is able to perform the land reclamation during construction works, maintenance overhaul and remediation of the technogenic catastrophe consequences in the oil and gas trunk pipelines, in case of chemical and radiation pollution of the surface soils, and also is able to create trenches and long wide dugouts as protective engineering constructions. The morphological matrix of elements for the system of environmentally friendly repair of the trunk pipelines has been developed. The creative model has been developed for the project on the implementation of the land reclamation technology which ensures that the state of the environment is preserved during repair works on the oil and gas trunk pipelines. The performed theoretical and experimental research of the earth-moving machine basic construction type as well as the developed methodologies for basis chassis selection, for formation of the external load on the flails and for soil unloading intensification have allowed to objectively justify the technical proposal for the creation of the machine using tracked chassis and the soil excavating working implement which is constituted as two-section chain-girder working implement additionally equipped with side cutters. The method has been created for environmental safety evaluation of the implementation of the proposed technology for the polluted soil reclamation works.
