Karazin popup.description2 The object of research are processes of forming of electromagnetic fields with defined temporal, spatial, energy and polarization characteristics by complex electrodynamic structures that contain multi-element, multiresonance system components (including impedance surfaces) with different geometrical, electrophysical parameters and arbitrary topology of radiating elements. The aim is to develop numerical and analytical methods for solving boundary value problems of electrodynamics, constructing of mathematical models of radiating structures with impedance vibrators and slot elements located in the waveguides and electrodynamic volumes with perfect conductive and impedance surfaces, carrying out multi-parameter simulation concerning determination of the physical properties of the diffraction fields of structures for the creation of SHF and EHF radiating devices with new and advanced features for different applications. In the work, the mathematical models of electrodynamic structures effective for application in computer-aided design systems were constructed, and electrodynamic characteristics of multi-element, multiresonance electrodynamic structures with impedance vibrator and slоt elements were investigated. Multi-element systems of impedance vibrators with variable along their surface impedance of inductive and capacitive types, combined slot-vibrator structures of Yagi-Uda type with impedance radiators, E-plane T-junction of rectangular waveguides with slot-dipole coupling between the shoulders under condition of partial impedance coating (including metamaterial coating) of the surface of its lateral section, spherical slot antenna with magneto-dielectric coating (including metamaterial coating), multi-element arrays of circular and arc slots in a coaxial line, waveguide-slot radiating structures with dielectric inclusions and dissipative mediums were investigated. A physics-mathematical model of a real source of nonstationary current was constructed; solutions of radiation problems of linear nonstationary current and nonstationary current with complicated distribution were obtained. The results of research offer additional opportunities for improving the technical characteristics of existing and new antennas, antenna arrays, devices of antenna-feeder paths, small radiating systems with new, previously unattainable characteristics.
