The purpose of the development - is the development of warehouses and technological parameters for obtaining a new class of barium-containing binding materials on the basis of compounds of multicomponent oxide systems with stable operational properties in conditions of simultaneous exposure to hard ionizing irradiation and high temperatures that can be used for the obtained of concrete protective screens, shells, structural elements biological protection of atomic energy systems and containers of burial of radioactive waste of various actively levels/ Research methods and instruments - X-ray, diffraction-thermal analysis, electron-microscopic. Physical, mechanical and technical properties were determined in accordance with the current DSTU and ISO international standards. The processing of experimental data was carried out using mathematical statistics methods. Theoretical and practical results - the composition of radiation-resistant, heat-resistant cement and concrete on its basis with high operational characteristics was developed, their physical and mechanical and technical properties were determined; optimized technological parameters of synthesis (temperature and time of isothermal aging) of radiation-resisting heat-resistant cement provided that it is obtained in the volume of the experimental batch, working designs of technical documentation were developed and a pilot batch of radiation-resistant heat-resistant cement with the use of waste from the chemical and metallurgical industries was issued, recommendations were given for the implementation of the developed technology. Novelty - experimentally proved the possibility of influencing the process of creating a new class of barium-containing binding materials and concrete based on them containing barium aluminates, silicates and ferrites with high molecular weight and a mass gamma-ray absorption coefficient, with a high hydraulic activity. The effectiveness of the new application - the use of developed materials can reduce the thickness of the layer of biological protection in 1.5-2 times, increase the life of the structures and improve the ecological state of the environment. The field of application - the developed technology can be implemented at the enterprises of the cement industry, and the received materials - at the objects of nuclear power of Ukraine and in the field of transportation, storage and burial of radioactive waste of various activity levels.
