It was established that the preparations based on aminoacids significantly improved the functional state of the liver, fat and carbohydrate metabolism, reduced the processes of lipoproxidation, increased the activity of the antioxidant system with the normalization of the AOS factor, the titres of antibodies to the Epstein-Barr virus antibody were reduced by anti-EBV EA IgG, and anti-EBV NA IgG . Treatment with hepatoprotectors and antioxidant aevit increased the activity of enzymes of the antioxidant system (superoxidedismutase, catalase), the integral index of AOS; improved liver status according to ultrasound and biochemical parameters of blood with a decrease in cholestasis, hypercholesterolemia, hyperglycemia, did not affect the increased lipid peroxidation. After treatment, the titres of herpes simplex virus antibodies, cytomegalovirus. Antiviral therapy in the complex treatment of NASH in the victims of the ChNPP accident reduced the activity of the cytolytic syndrome, the incidence of cholestasis (p <0,05), hypercholesterolemia (p <0,05), with an increase in AOS with (1534 ± 237) of the standard units to (2117 ± 431) standard units, in 58,3% of patients anti-HSV-1/2 IgG titres were reduced, in 54,5% of cytomegalovirus patients, 36,3% were Epstein-Barr rind, 33,3% of cases of nuclear antibodies.
