Karazin popup.description2 Objects of research: materials for the metalworking and mining industry, superconductors, optical materials. Purpose of the project: - formation of products of various configurations of refractory nanopowders for the purpose of manufacturing high-quality nano-ceramic and nanocomposite products of various functional purposes with a low specific density (less than 2 g / cm3) using the method of electroconsolidation; - the determination of physical mechanisms of defects balance in dielectric materials with long-term irradiation, which is necessary for the improvement of the method of remote monitoring of optical elements of the thermonuclear reactor, spacecraft, etc .; - identification of the peculiarities of the entry of titanium ions into the spinel lattice when growing spinel crystals of nonstoichiometric composition; - development of the optimum technology for the production of VTNP materials of the family Y-Ba-Cu-O; - installation of a complex of functional characteristics (electrical and thermal conductivity, KTRL, structure) of the VTNP of the system Y-Ba-Cu-O with impurities Hf, Zr, Ti, Al and Be, and also materials used for their manufacture. Research methods are experimental with the use of modern devices such as monochromators, X-ray diffractometer with computer processing of the obtained results. The report presents the results of the creation of new nanoscale materials. The research carried out according to the purpose of the research has shown that the influence of the structure and phase structure parameters on the microstructure, the physical and mechanical properties and the cutting properties of aluminum oxide composites, obtained by electrocomalation (electroconsolidation) in carbon electroconductive form heaters, powered by an industrial current of 50 Hz. Sharp growth of grains is observed at densities close to 100% density. Nanostructured polycrystalline CeO2 is one of the best candidates for the electrolyte material for IT-SOFC fuel cells compared to coarse-grained CeO2 or conventional materials such as YSZ. Experimental results on optical properties (luminescence) of Polissya amber and magnesium-aluminum spinel doped with titanium are obtained. The results of the research work are very important both in the scientific aspect and in relation to applied applications. To get the final results, this scientific research work needs to be continued. Product Description popup.authors В.Белецкий В.Грицина Р.Вовк С.Кононенко popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
