Karazin popup.description2 Object of study: polycrystalline metal films (Cu, Ag) with the addition of a small amount of lead. Objective: to study the features of thermal dispersion of continuous polycrystalline metal films (Cu, Ag). Research methods: films were obtained by vacuum condensation and study using electron microscopy. It is show that the annealing of polycrystalline metal films allows to increase their thermal stability. By studying the through porosity that occurs when the films are heated, the activation energy of thermal dispersion of single- and two-layer films was determined. The low value of the activation energy of de-wetting Pb/Cu films indicates the predominant role of mass transfer of the film substance by the liquid phase. The obtained histograms of the particle size distribution, which are formed as a result of de-wetting, and it was found that the coverage in the Pb/Cu samples is significantly less than in copper films. The main results of the work were obtained for the first time, their relevance is due both to the need to understand the nature of processes in highly dispersed systems, and the widespread use of nanodispersed objects in modern technologies. The results of research can be used by researchers engaged in similar studies. Product Description popup.authors В. Сухов О. Мінєнков О. Самсонік С. Богатиренко С. Дукаров С.
