A spectrophotometric analysis of the lunar surface based on space images using the data of the Chandrayaan-1 M3 spacecraft was conducted. The interpretation of new distributions of the spectrophotometric parameters of the lunar surface is proposed by constructing and analyzing the Adams correlation diagram lambda1 - lambda2. Maps for the distribution of the parameters of the photometric function for selected sites of the surface of the dwarf planet Ceres were made. For this aim space images received by the Dawn spacecraft were used. A less rough surface of the Cerealia Facula formation of the Occator crater and mount Ahuna's anomalies probably caused by sloping processes are revealed. Application of the method of phase ratios to the analysis of space images of the dwarf planet Ceres allows to estimate variations of optical surface roughness. A new model of the description of global and local features of topography of asteroids and comet nuclei is proposed.
