Aim - to develop the concept of biological action of a new class of poly-biologically active compounds, to create a methodology for their testing and to conduct preclinical tests of a new poly-ligand low molecular weight substance. Methods of research - modern methods of biotechnology, in particular: methods of cell cultivation, methods for the isolation of enzymes and their use for obtaining low molecular weight components of biological systems, methods for evaluating toxicity in experimental animals, testing of biological action of low molecular weight compounds in the in vitro system and cell culture, development of integration methods regulation of metabolism, mathematical methods for modeling the regulation of metabolism by poly-lagandic substances, physicochemical methods for the characterization of low molecules gns and other substances. The technology of obtaining low molecular weight components of biologically active substances from different sources (yeast, microalgae, colostrum) has been developed. For the first time samples of low molecular weight components from several biological sources (yeast, mushrooms, microalgae and cow colostrum) were obtained. The characteristics of these specimens are investigated, it is shown that they do not have analogues based on biological action. The system of initial screening of low molecular weight biological substances has been developed. The characteristic of the total composition of the obtained substances is given.
