The purpose of the work is to increase the accuracy of industrial products made by the method of selective laser sintering. The method of research is to apply the monitoring, which results in correction of the coefficients of compensation of errors and residual deformations. The implementation was carried out thanks to the software developed and measurements made by the products. Practical results of work - A method for reducing deviations from the correct geometric form, using compensating deformation is developed. The method of improving the accuracy of product sizes by using statistical analysis of the results of monitoring of the sizes and technological parameters of construction of SLS-installations is developed. Method of forecasting the overall error of the size of products on the basis of statistical analysis of primary errors of shaping. The obtained method is to predict residual deformations of products made by the method of selective laser sintering on the basis of existing approaches for casting plastics, according to experimentally established functional dependence.
