The aim of the stuffy is to develop new technologies of production of electrode and membrane materials for converters of solar energy into hydrogen energy and heat production using renewable sources. Methods of research - voltammetry, chronoamperometry, chronopotentiometry, pulse electrolysis, gravimetry, X-ray fluorescence analysis. Experimental-industrial tests of hydrogen-free oxygen synthesis confirming the economic advantage of this method for low-power devices of 0.5-1 m3/h of hydrogen for heat and physico-chemical research are carried out. The cost of the carrier of heat (hydrogen) for such processes may be reduced by 2-5 times as compared to the cost of electrochemical hydrogen production. The vanadium-containing electrode materials reducing the overvoltage of hydrogen emissions by 150-200 mV, which will reduce energy costs for conducting this process up to 15% are proposed. The stand of diagnostics of charge and discharge level of lead accumulators for transport defense technology using metal-oxide reference electrodes was created and tested. The recommendations for methods of formation of wear-resistant and composite-modulated coatings with increased catalytic properties in hydrogen evolution reaction and mechanical properties on the part made of electronegative materials are given.
